   (Answered calls × average length + all calls × extra minutes per call) ÷ 60.

   In-house: hours ÷ productive hours per person × monthly cost per person. Outsourced: hours × hourly price.

   Billed minutes = talk minutes + half a minute for each unanswered call. Fee of €280/month (€480/month with WhatsApp) with 300 minutes included, and extra minutes at €0.40, €0.32 or €0.26 depending on leads per month (up to 1,000, up to 5,000 or more).
