Anything beyond what your plan includes (300 call minutes or 300 WhatsApp sessions a month) is billed based on how many leads you handle each month.The more leads you handle, the less each minute and each session costs.

WhatsApp session:

A 24-hour conversation window with the same person, as Meta counts it. Every message you exchange within those 24 hours is a single session.

Lead:

Each different contact your agents handle in the month.

Minutes:

Any you don't use roll over to the next month. If you go over what's included, the extra is charged automatically based on this table.
